Legal terms
When you tick the box to scan a site, you confirm you own it or have permission to scan it, and you agree to these documents:
- Terms of Service. Section 11 requires most disputes to be resolved by binding individual arbitration instead of in court, waives class actions and jury trials, and explains how to opt out within 30 days.
- Acceptable Use Policy: only scan sites you own or have permission to test, and never use a key a scan reveals.
- Privacy Policy: what we collect and how we use it.
Free scans are passive: we only look at what any visitor's browser can see. See the scan limits for how often you can scan.
